Yoga Facilitation

We can facilitate the following yoga styles for any level of practitioner: Yin, restorative, hatha, vinyasa, ayurvedic yoga, chakra-based yoga, chair yoga, yoga for stress management. Please ask if interested in additional styles of yoga. The facilitator is E-RYT 500 and has 15 years of yoga facilitation experience. Sound baths of any length can be included at the end of the movement practice.
We are experienced in facilitation for the following populations:
Bachelorette and pre-wedding parties
Friend reunions
Professional conferences (a great option for chair yoga)
People in recovery from substance use
Behavioral health organizations (we can provide CEUs and a slide deck presentation for Trauma-Informed Yoga)
Individuals with specific health concerns
Cost: Sliding scale depending on group size, location and needs. Starting at $85 per hour.
Sound Baths

Our sound baths blend the instrumentation and vocals of many different world traditions. Uniquely, we use a variety of instruments, many of which can be played directly over the body for an immersive and powerful experience.
Instruments used include, but are not limited to:
Crystal singing bowls
Various drums
Rattles
Various chimes
Flute
Guitar
Dulcimer
Harmonium
The use of smokes and aromatherapy is always considered an option, if desired.
Cost: Sliding scale depending on group size, location and needs. Starting at $75 per hour. 30 minutes automatically added for setup.
Retreats

With over 10+ years of facilitation retreats all over New Mexico, the team at Skye Mesa would be delighted to support your next experience. We enjoy co-facilitation and collaborate well with other facilitators. We also have years of experience in offering three meals a day of vegan/vegetarian, gluten-free catering for groups up to 40 people. We can create a menu for traditional dietas. Sorry, we are not able to cook meat.
